HYROX is the World Series of Fitness Racing—a global race format that combines running with functional workouts. The event follows a simple structure: you run 1 km, then complete one functional workout station, repeated eight times. Because the format is the same worldwide, athletes can compare results on global leaderboards and qualify toward a season-ending World Championships.

HYROX Training translates the demands of race day into a well-rounded performance training system. It focuses on developing strength, endurance, efficiency, and mental resilience through purposeful programming.
While designed to prepare athletes for HYROX events, this training style benefits anyone seeking improved conditioning, functional strength, and sustainable performance.

Our 3-month HYROX training programme is designed to fully prepare you for Singles or Doubles racing, with structured coaching, running support, and full access to Embody.

Programme includes

  • Full Embody unlimited membership for 3 months
  • 3 coached HYROX sessions per week
  • 2 running sessions per week with a dedicated running lead
  • Programming focused on race strategy, strength, conditioning & engine building
