Embody is a HYROX Training Club, officially partnered with HYROX to deliver race-focused training for athletes of all levels. Our approach is a combination of structured coaching, performance programming, and community-driven training—helping you prepare for HYROX races or simply train with purpose using the HYROX methodology.
HYROX is the World Series of Fitness Racing—a global race format that combines running with functional workouts. The event follows a simple structure: you run 1 km, then complete one functional workout station, repeated eight times. Because the format is the same worldwide, athletes can compare results on global leaderboards and qualify toward a season-ending World Championships.

Our 3-month HYROX training programme is designed to fully prepare you for Singles or Doubles racing, with structured coaching, running support, and full access to Embody.
