What is a semi-private gym concept?

A semi-private gym concept is a concept where resident personal trainers are available to guide you anytime through a workout and the space is compact with limited capacity (Max 8 people) to enable comfort and privacy.

Our space is never crowded, and you will not wait for equipment. Resident personal trainers are always available during your session to provide guidance. Embody offers a workout of the day on our daily board available for members to view and use. If you are coming for an open gym session, make sure to book your slot beforehand as spaces are limited. You can do so on our booking platform on the website. Embody is a community where people know your name and celebrate the journey together.

What do I need to bring? 

Wear your favorite gym attire, bring along a water bottle and your most authentic self. We provide towels and filtered water.

How do I check in?

When you walk through the doors, give us a wave and your name. We are happy to receive any questions or inquiries you have and guide you in the right direction before your class or open gym session.

What is the signature Embody class?

Our signature class is an energetic program designed to challenge you in a unique and energetic way, with emphasis on the core pillars:
