Embody strength

A structured strength training class that follows a weekly strength plan, with sessions alternating between full-body, upper-body, and lower-body focus. Training is built around key movement patterns — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and core — using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight.
