Kris is a calisthenics coach driven by a simple belief: the human body is capable of far more than most people think.

For Kris, calisthenics is more than a training style — it’s a tool for teaching people how to truly understand and control their bodies. Through structured bodyweight training, he helps athletes and everyday movers build real strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence, while improving performance and long-term lifestyle habits.

With professional coaching experience since 2019, Kris has worked extensively in both private and group training settings. His approach blends calisthenics fundamentals with streetlifting, weightlifting, and functional training, allowing him to adapt sessions to different goals — from mastering bodyweight skills and improving athletic performance to building resilience and moving better in daily life.

Kris has competed at national level in multiple calisthenics disciplines, including endurance calisthenics and streetlifting, where he became national champion in both. His competitive background informs his coaching, but his focus remains on sustainable progress, intelligent programming, and empowering people to move with confidence.

He is a certified TEEF – Técnico Especialista em Exercício Físico, and brings a thoughtful, methodical, and encouraging energy to every session.
