What is Embody’s training concept?

Embody is a boutique strength and conditioning space built around small-group training, quality coaching, and intentional programming.
Sessions are capped at 8 people, ensuring a calm, focused environment where you never wait for equipment and always receive hands-on guidance.

All sessions are coach-led and follow a structured weekly plan designed to build strength, movement quality, and long-term physical resilience. Embody is about training with purpose — in a space where coaches know your name and progress, and where the community supports the journey.

Who is Embody right for?

What is Embody Strength?

Embody Strength is our core class and the foundation of our training methodology.

It follows a structured weekly strength programme built around fundamental movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Carry, Core

Programming rotates weekly between full-body, upper-body, and lower-body focus, allowing for progressive overload, technical development, and balanced strength gains over time.

Sessions use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines, and bodyweight, with clear coaching and scalable options. Suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to strength training or looking to train with more intent and structure.

What is the maximum capacity per session?

To maintain coaching quality and space to move:

  • Embody Strength sessions are capped at 10 people
  • HIIT, Conditioning, Calisthenics and Mobility classes are capped at 12 people

This ensures personal attention, proper equipment access, and a comfortable training environment.
