Optimize your experience and take advantage of our semi-private space.

Free Use is your time to train independently, at your own pace, following your own plan.

During Free Use hours, you’re welcome to come into the space and complete your own workout — whether that’s strength training, conditioning, mobility, or skill work. There is no guided coaching or class structure during these sessions. You choose what you want to work on and how you move.

In addition, independent training is also welcome during Embody Strength sessions. While the coached class is running, you may use the space to follow your own programme, provided you train autonomously and respectfully alongside the group.

Free Use is ideal for members who:
• Follow their own training plan
• Want flexibility around how and when they train
• Prefer a calm, semi-private environment without instruction

Our capacity is intentionally limited, so the space remains comfortable, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. Simply book your slot, arrive with a plan, and move with purpose.
